About the series:

The artistic series "Wege" ("Paths") contains some parallels to the other series by the artist Veronika Spleiss. Both stylistically and thematically, the theme of paths runs through the artist's work. The series from the life series began with the work "Wegleben". The series "Paths" now consciously deals - thematically as well as representatively - with paths, twists and turns, movements - always in the context of becoming and treading. People set out on paths, stand beside them or elude the path of life they desire. Paths on which people walk and are always in relationship with others. Often the paths are clearly recognisable. They are straight, curved, branch into each other or in turn merge into a common path.
